Bootstraps your repository to be ready for Hacktoberfest.
Installation
gh extension install spenserblack/gh-hacktoberfest
Usage
$ gh hacktoberfest [-R owner/repo]
What it does
This extension handles the repetitive task of creating the hacktoberfest
and hacktoberfest-accepted labels, and adding the hacktoberfest topic.
